Tatyana Maksimova
"Hello! My name is Tatyana Maksimova. For the last nine years I have been working as a district sales manager for the AVON cosmetics company. I was engaged in a labor of love; I was one of the best in the branch office. I dreamt of a career, of buying an apartment in Simferopol… And then suddenly, like a bolt from the blue, four years ago I learned I have bowel cancer. I decided not to give up and I completed the entire course of chemotherapy (20 sessions) without leaving my job. Then came the surgery. I returned to my job and decided that I needed long-term plans; I joined MAUP (Interregional Personnel Management Academy), began studying, working, but unfortunately, after two years I had more surgery, this time more complex. I completed the entire second course of chemotherapy prior to the second operation without taking a sick leave, too. As a result, II had two oncological operations, 55 courses of chemotherapy. That was when I understood I needed a change in my life, a change of job that was expending too much efforts and stress.
At the end of 2006 I learned about Intway. Everything in my life went upside down! I became happy and full of positive energy. I learned new opportunities, knowledge, career prospects, Partners. Soon I became a Sales Manager, a Gold Investor, and my life became wonderful. I saw genuine opportunities of buying an apartment, a car…
But my illness reared its ugly head again! And then there was another course of chemotherapy (15 sessions), and now I face a further six courses. I consider this to be the next step in my life and I will certainly realize the targeted plans, especially when I have such support: a team of Intway Partners and the most wonderful sponsors!
And I think we will meet on the Luzhniki stage because there's no other way for me with such a Corporation!!!"
In September, 2008, Tatyana started chemotherapy – the treatment will take a long time and considerable efforts, energy, and most importantly, will for recovery and to enjoy life! Transferred $3,000 for Tatyana's treatment and rehabilitation.

On January 17, 2009 we received bitter news of Tatyana’s death from our partner from Simferopol.
“Repeated operations, constant exhaustive chemotherapy sessions and their consequences had their impact… Despite all this, Tatyana continued meeting people and holding Internet-conferences… She had no rest. In this period Tatyana could eat only baby’s formulas and constantly changed plasters on the abdominal wall where the remaining end of the intestine was put out. But nobody suspected of her condition, as she never complained... When I saw her she was pale and weak and was sitting when making a presentation. When asked about her health, Tatyana answered briefly: “These are the consequences of chemotherapy, I will be OK”. Nobody saw any depression or spiritual or psychoemotional sufferings. But the disease was still there and it continued to remind of itself with physical pain. When her life was coming to its end, her lips were whispering: “I want to live, I haven’t done everything yet! Please help me, do something else…” The doctors did their best, but the disease was relentless.
This courageous, modest, purposeful woman, our partner, died too early — she was 44— on December 28, 2008… But her spirit remained undefeated.
She dreamed and thought bravely, believed and acted on a large scale, but she didn’t have enough time…
Tatyana Maksimova will remain like this in the memory of those who knew her.
And may the words “…be the first there where it hurts to breathe and where there is grief” generate a constant impulse for the actions of each of us.
